For the past two months, Khloe Kardashian, the 39-year-old reality TV star and fitness enthusiast, has been battling an undisclosed injury that has put a damper on her rigorous workout routine. Known for her dedication to health and fitness, Khloe has been unable to exercise with her usual intensity due to this mysterious ailment. However, she remains optimistic and is gradually working her way back to full strength.
Khloe recently took to Instagram to share her progress with her fans. In a video session with her personal trainer, Don Brooks, she expressed her determination to regain her fitness level.
She captioned the video, “I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months. Working my way back little by little. A few more weeks and I’ll be there. Then- I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready.”
Despite the setback, Khloe’s commitment to her health is unwavering. She typically works out five days a week, focusing on cardiovascular intervals combined with weightlifting. This disciplined routine has been a cornerstone of her fitness journey, helping her achieve and maintain a body she feels confident in.
In addition to her physical workouts, Khloe has been open about her struggles with emotional eating. Speaking on the ‘SheMD’ podcast, she shared insights into how she overcame these challenges.
“I love it. If I’m getting ready for a shoot, I’ll do Pilates and my workouts. But now that I’m in a good place, body-wise, that I like, I do sort of eat what I want, but because my brain is so trained, you don’t even want half of the crap or junk,” she explained.
Khloe’s approach to diet now focuses on balance and mindfulness. She admits that pizza is her weakness but emphasizes the importance of retraining the brain to align with her body’s needs. “It’s retraining your brain. If your brain isn’t trained with your body, then you’re not doing anything. It doesn’t matter,” she said.
Khloe’s journey to fitness and self-acceptance has been a long one. She candidly discussed her weight loss journey, highlighting the years of effort it took to be happy with her weight. “I used to be overweight a lot of my life.
God, I mean my weight-loss journey. It took years for me. I’ve always been chubby — like athletic. I’ve always played sports. I just was never in shape,” she admitted.
Today, Khloe is in a much better place, both mentally and physically. Her transformation is a testament to her perseverance and dedication to living a healthy lifestyle. As she continues to recover from her injury, her story serves as an inspiration to many who face similar challenges.
